Air Conditioning
Each chalet has its own air conditioning and heating unit, with a wall mounted temperature control.
Babysitting
Childcare can be arranged by a local professional licensed childcare service – call Child Care Connection directly at 403-760-4443. A minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required.
Barbeque
Your Suite is equipped with a propane barbeque on the patio or balcony. If your barbeque was used during your stay, please ensure it is cleaned prior to departure
Business Services
Fire Mountain Lodge has limited business services available, please contact Guest Services. Within walking distance, on Main Street is Canmore Business Services for all your business service needs. Call 403-678-1719.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Fire Mountain Lodge gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 16 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Fitness Centre
Fire Mountain Lodge has a fitness center located below Guest Services on the west side of the property. The Fitness Centre may be accessed during Guest services office hours. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Fitness Centre. There are also a number of fitness facilities available during your stay in Canmore.
Hot Tub
Fire Mountain Lodge’s outdoor hot tub is located below Guest Services at the west end of the property. The hot tub may be accessed through the Guest Services office. For safety reasons, our hot tub is not open once outside temperatures drop below -20C (wind-chill combined temperature). The hot tub temperature is 40C (104F). Towels are available in th gym by the entrance to the hot tub use. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at Fire Mountain Lodge – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants.
Housekeeping
A full clean including new linens is available on request for a charge at anytime during your stay.
Internet
All condos at Fire Mountain Lodge are equipped with complimentary wireless Internet access. Please note that the Internet is shared access and Fire Mountain Lodge is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer related complications you may incur from using this shared network. Wireless access code can be obtained upon request from Guest Services.
Iron & Ironing Board
All luxury suites at Fire Mountain Lodge are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each condo at Fire Mountain Lodge features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite with laundry detergent.
Parking
Complimentary covered parking is available. Parking is located to the left of Guest Services. Overhead clearance is approximately 1.75 metres. One complimentary parking stall is provided for each unit. Additional street parking is also available.
Pets
Fire Mountain Lodge is pleased to offer “Pet Friendly” suites. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask that you keep your pet on a leash outside your chalet and that you pick up after your pet. Housekeeping service will not be provided if your pet is left unattended. A pet charge will be applied to your room account and you will be financially responsible for any damages that may incur. Not all suites are "Pet Friendly" so be sure to inquire upon reservation.

Play Pens
Play pens are available upon request through Guest Services on a first come first serve basis.
Quiet Times
Fire Mountain Lodge is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Security
Fire Mountain Lodge has security patrol at night.

There is a variety of options groceries in Canmore. Some suggestions include:

Ski/Bike/Golf Club/Snowboard Storage
There is one secure storage unit provided for each suite. Please visit the Guest Services desk to obtain a key. Please be advised that snowboards, skis and poles are not permitted inside suites and Fire Mountain Lodge will not be responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
Smoking
Fire Mountain Lodge is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
